허지아 연구소는 주로 의약품 중간체, 화학 약품, 중의학(TCM), 계면활성제, 환경 공학 분야에 중점을 두고 연구합니다. 연구, 파일럿 규모 시험, 시제품 생산을 아우르는 통합 개발 및 혁신 기관으로서 운영되고 있습니다. 연구소는 국내외 수많은 과학 연구 기관 및 대학과 광범위한 산학 협력 관계를 구축해 왔습니다. 허지아 그룹의 주요 신제품 및 기술 연구 과제를 수행하고, 그룹의 핵심 제품을 위한 친환경 제조 기술 개발 및 적용을 담당합니다.
본 연구소는 화학 연구실, 중의학 연구실, 제형 연구실을 포함한 5개의 전문 연구실과 파일럿 규모 인큐베이션 기지를 운영하고 있습니다. 고성능 액체 크로마토그래피(HPLC), 가스 크로마토그래피(GC), 고압 분석용 반분획 액체 크로마토그래피, 푸리에 변환 적외선 분광법(FTIR), 자외선-가시광선 분광법 등 첨단 분석 장비를 갖추고 있습니다. 또한, 다양한 사양의 고압, 고온, 극저온 반응을 위한 일련의 반응기를 보유하고 있으며, 총 100대 이상의 장비 및 장비를 보유하고 있습니다.
본 연구소는 30명 이상의 연구진으로 구성된 탄탄한 R&D팀을 보유하고 있으며, 50% 이상이 석사 학위 이상 소지자입니다. 또한, 전문 분야의 저명한 전문가와 교수들을 겸임 컨설턴트로 영입하고 있습니다. 최첨단 장비와 뛰어난 과학 인재들의 집결을 통해 허지아 연구소는 허지아 그룹 기술 혁신 플랫폼의 초석으로서의 입지를 공고히 하고 있습니다.
The Hejia Group will position the Hejia Research Institute as the core of its scientific research and innovation system. With "continuously increasing S&T investment, strengthening independent innovation, and building technological competitiveness" as its core strategy for corporate development, the Group aims to lead its transformation and upgrading and the renewal and adjustment of its product structure. Guided by the directions of high-end intermediates, specialty APIs, and high-value-added light chemical products, the Group will progressively achieve its development goals: enhancing industrial level, expanding industrial domains, optimizing product structure, and improving operational quality.
