The Hejia Research Institute focuses its research primarily on pharmaceutical intermediates, chemical drugs, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), surfactants, and environmental engineering. It operates as an integrated development and transformation institution encompassing research, pilot-scale testing, and trial production. The institute has established extensive industry-university-research collaborations with numerous domestic and international scientific research institutions and universities. It undertakes major new product and technology research tasks for the Hejia Group and is responsible for developing and applying green manufacturing technologies for the Group's core products.
The institute houses five specialized research laboratories, including a Chemical Research Lab, TCM Research Lab, and Formulation Research Lab, as well as one pilot-scale incubation base. It is equipped with advanced analytical instruments such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), High-Pressure Analytical Semi-Preparative Liquid Chromatography, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), and Ultraviolet-Visible (UV-Vis) Spectroscopy. It also possesses a series of reactors for high-pressure, high-temperature, and cryogenic reactions in various specifications, totaling over one hundred units/sets of instruments and equipment.
The institute employs a robust R&D team of over 30 members, with more than 50% holding Master's degrees or higher qualifications. It has also engaged several renowned experts and professors in specialized fields as adjunct consultants. This combination of high-end instrumentation and a concentration of highly qualified scientific talent solidifies the Hejia Research Institute as the cornerstone of the Hejia Group's technological innovation platform.
The Hejia Group will position the Hejia Research Institute as the core of its scientific research and innovation system.
